Usher is currently having the worst year ever as two more women and a man have come foward to file suit against him for exposure to herpes.
The Usher scandal -- that he allegedly has herpes and had sexual contact with individuals without telling them -- is about to get bigger, because 2 women and a man are going to file a lawsuit claiming Usher exposed them to the STD.
Celebrity attorney Lisa Bloom says she'll file the suit Monday in California and hold a news conference in NYC to correspond with the filing. One of the women will appear at the news conference. The 2 others will remain anonymous and will appear in the lawsuits only as Jane Doe and John Doe.
Bloom says all 3 individuals claim to have had sexual contact with Usher after 2012, and he failed to warn them he allegedly had an STD.
The singer's accuser, who filed under the name Jane Doe, is suing the entertainer in connection with her doctor bills, punitive damages and emotional distress.
According to the court documents, she had the test done after learning through the news that Usher told a court he had herpes in a 2012 lawsuit he subsequently settled for $1.1million.
In the woman's initial suit, according to the outlet, she told the court that she had sex twice with the father-of-two.
In their first sexual encounter, at the woman's Atlanta residence on April 16, she said she performed oral sex on the singer and they later had intercourse with a condom.
Their second encounter was unprotected, and took place in a hotel on April 28 in New Orleans, where the performer was to take part in the city's Jazz and Heritage Festival.
In legal docs in the first case, initially published by Radar Online, Usher said he initially learned he had herpes around 2009-2010.
The woman said that Usher said he was not infected with herpes despite a 'greenish discharge' from his genitalia, leading her to continue having sex with him.
She was eventually diagnosed with herpes, experiencing symptoms including vaginal sores, fevers and chills.
Around 2011-2012, according to legal docs, Usher paid an approximate $2,754 in medical bills, with his doctor telling the woman the performer had herpes.
The Love in This Club singer celebrates his two-year wedding anniversary to wife Grace Miguel in September.
