Man Stabbed To Death After Threesome Gone Wrong

A 20-year-old Brooklyn man was fatally stabbed in Park Slope early Monday morning after police sources said he attempted to film a sexual encounter between himself, a woman, and another man. Manos Ikonomidis was found bleeding to death by EMS called to 355 16th Street around 4 a.m. today. Police say he was stabbed in the chest and beaten with a baseball bat; he was pronounced dead at Methodist Hospital.

Sources tell the NY Post that Ikonomidis had upset the woman involved in the threesome by attempting to film it, and that the other man involved subsequently escorted her home to Staten Island. A resident in the building where the sexual encounter occurred told police that the woman informed her boyfriend—who was not involved in the threesome—that she had been raped, but police have not found evidence to indicate the sex was nonconsensual, the Daily News reports.

The News also reports that the victim's girlfriend received a threatening message on Instagram that "your boyfriend f---ed up and will be taken care of." Sources tell the Post that investigators are looking at security camera video showing three men with knives and bats chasing the victim as he fled the 16th Street building. An aluminum bat was recovered at the scene.

One resident who lives on the building's second floor described the crime scene as something out of a horror movie: "There are hand prints of blood on the door." Another tenant on the first floor told DNAinfo, "I heard a lady screaming, 'What happened?

What happened? Oh, my God!' She was going crazy. I came out and saw the kid bleeding, but I couldn't see where from. He was all pale. He was on his back. He was wearing black. He was mumbling, but you couldn't understand what he was saying. He wasn't putting his words together."

No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.
